Cast-iron baths are extremely heavy and must be broken apart for removal, which often results in damage to your bathroom. Although acrylic baths are easier to remove, the process still causes damage to surrounding areas in your bathroom. After removal, redoing the tiling, reinstalling taps and drains, and potentially replacing the flooring are necessary.
