In this day and age, it is so easy to buy something new and throw away the old one rather than trying to have it repaired or restored. Regular paint won’t do the job for bath resurfacing; the right materials are essential for success. One of the crucial steps for effective resurfacing is applying an adhesive bonder to attach the new surface to your original bath. There’s no need to remove your bath or deal with complicated transport, as all of my resurfacing work is done in-situ. You may have heard of Vitreous enamel - this is a specialised procedure where the bath is coated in a powdered glass material and then this is fused onto the surface of your bath in a large kiln at very high temperatures. I’m not aware of many companies still offering this in-situ, as the extreme heat needed makes it impossible.
