Removing cast-iron baths involves breaking them down due to their weight, leading to potential damage to the rest of your bathroom. Acrylic baths are lighter and easier to move, but removing them can still damage your bathroom. Removing your bath means redoing the tiling, refitting taps, and possibly replacing flooring, making it a costly and disruptive process.
