In this day and age, it is so easy to buy something new and throw away the old one rather than trying to have it repaired or restored. Removing an old bath isn’t as simple as it may seem. Cast-iron baths are so heavy that they have to be smashed to pieces before being carried out, which can lead to damage throughout your bathroom. Acrylic baths are lighter and easier to move, but removing them can still damage your bathroom. After removal, redoing the tiling, reinstalling taps and drains, and potentially replacing the flooring are necessary. Opting to restore your bath helps you avoid contributing to the large amount of construction waste produced every day. One of the crucial steps for effective resurfacing is applying an adhesive bonder to attach the new surface to your original bath.
