In today’s world, replacing items with new ones is easy, but when it comes to baths, it’s not as straightforward. Getting rid of an old bath is not as straightforward as many people think. Removing cast-iron baths involves breaking them down due to their weight, leading to potential damage to the rest of your bathroom. Acrylic baths are lighter, making removal easier, but still cause damage to your bathroom when removed. After removal, redoing the tiling, reinstalling taps and drains, and potentially replacing the flooring are necessary.
