In today’s world, replacing items with new ones is easy, but when it comes to baths, it’s not as straightforward. Removing an old bath isn’t as simple as it may seem. With cast-iron baths, the removal process requires breaking them apart due to their weight, causing damage to your bathroom’s structure. Acrylic baths are lighter and easier to move, but removing them can still damage your bathroom. Removing your bath means redoing the tiling, refitting taps, and possibly replacing flooring, making it a costly and disruptive process. When you choose to restore your bath you are choosing the most environmentally friendly option as you won't be contributing to the vast amount of construction waste that gets produced on a daily basis. Metal baths are usually original features of older houses, and they will last for decades!
