You'll have to re-do the tiling around the bath, have the taps and waste re-fitted, and potentially get new flooring done. Restoring your bath is the most eco-friendly choice, preventing the additional waste generated from removing and replacing it. To ensure proper resurfacing, I use an adhesive bonder that bonds the new surface firmly to the original bath.
