Ceramic sinks are made from a mixture of high-quality clay which is fired at extremely high temperatures and then coated with a durable and non-porous glaze or enamel porcelain coating.

Repairing your sink is always more cost-effective than replacing the entire unit. It also causes much less disruption compared to a full replacement. In cases of severe damage, we might suggest resurfacing the sink. However, for structural damage, we would recommend replacing the sink instead of attempting a repair.

DIY Repair Kits will not create a lasting repair as the materials that are provided are not good quality and it will be very hard to get a colour match. We do not recommend trying these as they end up being a waste of money.
