It’s become second nature to replace old items with new ones, but with baths, the process of removal and replacement is far more complicated. It’s not easy to dispose of an old bath, especially depending on its material. Cast-iron baths are extremely heavy and must be broken apart for removal, which often results in damage to your bathroom. Even with lighter acrylic baths, removal can lead to damage to the rest of your bathroom. It’s impossible to use ordinary white paint for resurfacing your bath; it requires specialized materials. This service could never be offered in-situ due to the extreme heat involved and I don't know of many companies that are able to offer this any more for baths.
