The use of an adhesive bonder is critical in resurfacing to create a solid bond between the new layer and the original bath. There’s no need to remove your bath or deal with complicated transport, as all of my resurfacing work is done in-situ. This way there is minimal disruption to you as I will only need to be working in your bathroom for a day before I'm out of your hair again. You may have heard of Vitreous enamel - this is a specialised procedure where the bath is coated in a powdered glass material and then this is fused onto the surface of your bath in a large kiln at very high temperatures. Due to the high temperatures involved, vitreous enamel can’t be performed in-situ, and it’s becoming increasingly rare among companies.
