These days, it’s common to discard old items and buy new ones, but with baths, it’s not always that simple. Getting rid of an old bath is not as straightforward as many people think. With cast-iron baths, the removal process requires breaking them apart due to their weight, causing damage to your bathroom’s structure. Even with lighter acrylic baths, removal can lead to damage to the rest of your bathroom. After removal, redoing the tiling, reinstalling taps and drains, and potentially replacing the flooring are necessary.
